Mornings – The Early Bird

First Steps
Awake at 5:00. Throw on a robe and slippers. Drink a large amount of water. Eat a healthy breakfast in some form. Change your shoes and pants. Go on a walk and deeply breath. When you return, meditate or pray if you can.
Call Your Mother
She will always tell you things you hadn’t considered because she has more experience and wisdom than you could possibly have. Take the advice of those who have had more time to contemplate than you have, if you trust your source.
Take a Shower
While you do this think about the things you wish to achieve within the day. Focus on outcomes and execute upon your ambitions with speed. You must move quickly and address your obstacles immediately.
Research
Now, hopefully you have a balanced mind. See how you may respond to or ignore the folly of the news in an organized and calm way. Your mind will be ready to make decisions with care.
Now Find Investment Opportunities
Once you find yourself in a calm, well dressed state, start to think about what is needed. Which firms are producing a product or idea that solves a real problem? Maybe these are companies worth investigating.
